Glenwood’s annual Strawberry Days 2014 celebration will commence this year on the third weekend in June (20th – 22nd). The festival takes place at Sayre Park on Grand Avenue in downtown Glenwood Springs. This family-friendly festival has been entertaining locals for more than a century!
Families and visitors will enjoy interactive and entertaining experiences for the kids, a food court, arts and crafts fair, old fashioned carnival, a parade on Grand Ave, and a full line-up of music and entertainers. As tradition dictates, free strawberries and ice cream will be served to all on Saturday, June 22st in Sayre Park.

Strawberry Shortcut
The Strawberry Shortcut is fun for the whole family. The Shortcut features three distances: 1 mile fun run, 5K and 10K. The Strawberry Shortcut will be will be run on June 23rd and will benefit Special Olympics Colorado. Register for the Shortcut here.
Strawberry Days Battle of the Bands
Live music and The Battle of the Bands are one of the most popular events at Strawberry Days. With thousands of dollars of prize money, the stakes are high for the bands. The voting for which 5 bands play at Strawberry Days happens on the Strawberry Days Facebook page until May 4th. Visit that page and cast your vote! Strawberry Days Fine Arts & Crafts Show
The 2014 Strawberry Days Fine Art & Crafts Show will run from Friday, June 20 from 12 noon until 8 p.m., Saturday, June 21 from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday, June 22 from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. at Sayre “Strawberry” Park on Grand Ave. in Glenwood Springs.
Strawberry Days Parade
The annual Strawberry Days Parade is on June 21 (Saturday). The parade begins in downtown Glenwood Springs at 8th and Grand Avenue at 10:00 a.m. and travels south down Grand Avenue to Sayre Park (17th St).
Strawberry Days Carnival
The 2014 Strawberry Days Carnival happens again in the parking lot of the Glenwood Springs Mall from June 18th to June 22nd.
